Reminder about our volleyball game tonight at Echo Trail: all students attending the game must be accompanied by a supervising adult. This ensures that students will not only be monitored while at the event, but also that proper transportation will be provided at the conclusion of the last match of the night.

We will have two golf matches. Team 1 will play at Charlie Vittiner Golf
Course at 4:30 vs. Echo Trail and Team 2 will play at Iroquois Golf
Course at 4:20 vs. Lassiter.

Games will be played at Male High School - large gym.
Doors will open at 5 p.m. Tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for students. Cash and GoFan only, no cards.
🏈JCTMS football is canceled today due to extreme heat.

If your child requires special nutritional restrictions or accommodations concerning school lunches, please complete the JCPS Special Dietary Needs Form 📋.

The form must be completed and signed by a licensed healthcare provider 🩺 (MD, DO, APRN, PA, or LD) to request meal modifications.
You can find the form on the JCPS School & Community Nutrition Services page or search "Special Dietary Needs" on the district website 🌐.
Completed forms can be emailed to ✉️ nutritionspecialdiets@jefferson.kyschools.us or faxed to 📟 (502) 485-6494.
All students who have not already will need to turn in a new nurse consent form for the new school year to receive over-the-counter medication or treatment from the nurse. This form will need to be filled out completely, printed, and given to the nurse or emailed directly to the nurse at v.dstive1@jefferson.kyschools.us. For parents without access to a printer, I can provide a hard copy to their student.

Hello Centurions!
We’re thrilled to announce our upcoming trip to Ireland in Summer 2028, and your student is invited! This life-changing experience will help students build confidence, independence, and global perspective.
I went to Europe with 14 travelers back in July, and we had a great time! We got to see the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Big Ben, The Louvre, and much more! I'm excited about taking students to Northern Ireland in Summer 2028!
Also, Ms. Parkerson is going to Greece and Italy during Spring Break 2027, and you can learn more about this trip during the meeting, too!
We will meet on September 17 at 6pm in the JCTMS Cafeteria. Both Ms. Parkerson and I will be there to tell about our trips!

The LAP explains the language support services, resources, and communication assistance available throughout the district. It also describes how JCPS provides interpretation and translation services, approved language-access technology, employee training, and multilingual communication practices across schools and programs.
If employees prefer to communicate in a language other than English, they can contact their immediate supervisor for work-related communication within their department or the appropriate district department when seeking assistance from another district office, such as Human Resources.
Schools, programs, and departments may request language support services through the Language Services Office to facilitate communication with students, families, and employees who prefer to communicate in a language other than English.
