Is your child interested in cheer? The Marion C. Moore High School Cheer Team is hosting Mini Mustang Night from October 22–24, 2025!
Youth cheerleaders ages 6–13 are invited to learn cheer basics, fun routines, and team-building skills — then perform alongside the Moore Cheer Team during the Friday Night Football Game on October 24!

Moore Elementary Wrestling practices begin on Tuesday October 7th. This is youth wrestling for grades K - 5th. Practices occur 1 to 2 days a week at Marion C. Moore School. You can register your child at www.moorewrestling.org. This is for both boys and girls. Moore Wrestling is a great program and lots of our Hartstern students currently wrestle in it. 💉 Hartstern Vaccine Clinic
Hartstern Elementary will be hosting a Vaccine Clinic on October 10th, 2025 for our Scholars! Vaccine consent forms have been sent home tlast week. Please complete the form and return it to school so your scholar(s) can receive their vaccines during the clinic. Let’s work together to keep our scholars healthy and safe!
Our newest group of student leaders was officially sworn in on Friday by officers from Jefferson County Public Schools Police. These dedicated students will help keep our school safe each day by assisting with arrival, dismissal, and modeling positive leadership throughout the building.
Congratulations to our Safety Patrol members—we look forward to an excellent year of service and leadership at Hartstern Elementary!
