Get those smiles ready! We have a busy day ahead featuring three types of photos:
1. Individual Portraits (Prepaid only)
2. Class Photos
3. Clubs & Team Photos
Important Reminders:
• Pre-Pay for Individuals: There is still time to order individual portraits. Please visit https://inter-state.com/FlyerEntry/0387HEF to prepay before Wednesday.
• Arrival Time: Photographers will begin promptly at 7:45 AM. Please ensure students arrive on time so they don't miss their class or group photos!
• Uniforms & Gear: If your student is part of a club or team, please have them wear their designated T-shirt/uniform to school or bring it along to change into quickly.

🚀 NEXT LEVEL | The JCPS Technology division teamed up with Google for Education and Forward Edge to host Google-Palooza earlier this week—welcoming 500+ teachers and staff to level up their skills in Google Workspace and dive into the future of AI with Gemini!

And that’s not all… 🎉 JCPS has officially completed its districtwide migration from Microsoft Outlook to Gmail, powering stronger collaboration, innovation, and connection across our schools! Huge thanks to everyone involved for helping keep JCPS on the cutting edge.

Due to the additional snow and ice on roads and sidewalks throughout Jefferson County, JCPS will utilize a Non-Traditional Instruction (NTI) day on Wednesday, February 4, 2026. Students should follow their school’s established NTI protocols. NTI days are recognized as standard instructional days and will not extend the school calendar.

All after school athletic and extracurricular activities are canceled for Wednesday. If there are any changes to the YMCA CEP program, families will be notified by YMCA CEP.

🌟 CELEBRATING SCHOOL COUNSELORS | Feb. 2 to 6 is National School Counselor Week, a time to recognize and celebrate the vital role school counselors play in supporting students’ academic success, social-emotional development, and career readiness.

Thank you to our JCPS school counselors for all you do!

🚨REGULAR SCHEDULE | After careful consideration, JCPS will return to its normal, in-person schedule on Tuesday, February 3, 2026.

As always, we encourage everyone to use caution and their best judgment when traveling to and from school.

NTI DAY | Today, our teams spent the day evaluating road conditions and school campuses across the District. While many main roads remain in good shape, several side streets and neighborhood roadways are still icy.

These conditions have led us to utilize another Non-Traditional Instruction (NTI) day on Friday, January 30. Students should follow their school-specific NTI instructions. NTI days are recognized as standard instructional days and will not extend the school calendar.

All athletic and extracurricular activities are canceled for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
