Newcomer Academy is excited to offer a new program for high school students this year called Experience-Based Work. Experience-Based work is a paid or unpaid work experience at a job during the school day.

EBW Co-op should align to a student's career goals. This enables students to learn about careers, build connections with industry professionals, and develop and practice technical, academic and employability skills needed for career success.

JCPS families who have recently moved or will move before August 7 must report address changes by Monday, July 21, to be considered for a bus stop on the first day of school, August 7.

Families can report their address changes by filling out the Proof of Address Form (https://apps.jefferson.kyschools.us/StudentAssignment/LandingPad/EmailForm.aspx?Action=UpdateAddress) or calling our school (502-485-6324).
