Three Picture Events in One Day!
CLASS PHOTOS
Each Homeroom Class will be photographed. These photos will be printed in the yearbook. You can also order an 8x10 Class Photo by returning the form that was sent home with $18 cash or check payable to Lifetouch. Or you can order a print online at http://mylifetouch.com using event code ECT7VT7K7.
SPRING INDIVIDUALS
We will NOT be be doing an individual photo of every student. We will ONLY be photographing NEW students and parents who pre-order or request a photo. If your is not new to our school you MUST order online, send in a paper form with payment, or send a message to sarah.hong@jefferson.kyschools.us

K & 5th Grade CAP & GOWN
We will photograph ALL students in Kindergarten and 5th grade. A graduation gown and hat will be provided for the photo. These images will be printed on promotion certificates at the end of the year. If you would like to order additional prints you can do so online at http://mylifetouch.com using event code EVTV9Z936 or send payment with the printed order form on picture day.
YEARBOOKS
The official deadline has passed but we are still accepting orders! You can order a 40-page full color book for $23. All after school athletic and extracurricular activities are canceled for Wednesday. If there are any changes to the YMCA CEP program, families will be notified by YMCA CEP.

DELAYED START| All JCPS schools will operate on a two-hour delay on Monday, February 2, 2026. Early Childhood classes are canceled for the day. All after school athletic events and extracurricular activities remain as scheduled. There is no change to dismissal times.
A delayed start will allow students to be at bus stops and walking to school in the daylight.
These conditions have led us to utilize another Non-Traditional Instruction (NTI) day on Friday, January 30. Students should follow their school-specific NTI instructions. NTI days are recognized as standard instructional days and will not extend the school calendar.
All athletic and extracurricular activities are canceled for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

While our crews report that most main roads are in good shape, many side streets and neighborhood roads across the county remain hazardous. Due to these lingering conditions and low temperatures, we believe transitioning to NTI is the safest choice for our students and staff.
