Farnsley Families: Don't forget to join us for Open House TONIGHT, 6-7:30PM. Come meet your student's teachers, see their classrooms and get information on upcoming events at Farnsley. We will start in the gym at 6:30PM for a welcome from Principal Smith and PTSA meeting. We look forward to seeing you!

Billie Roberts, FRC

To support a greater need for safe release of students in the car rider line, the car rider line will go down to 1 lane of drop offs in the morning. There have been one too many close calls of a student passing by a distracted driver to get to the sidewalk. Since the city has approved our request to have the Lee's Lane/Cane Run Road light extend in our favor during arrival and dismissal times, we should be able to process students on and off our campuses more efficiently and most of all... safer! We appreciate all that you do to support our processing.
In review of the traffic during the morning hours, the highest volume of traffic is between 8:15 - 8:30. Even then, those students get into the building in time to not have to sign in late to school. Therefore, make yourself a note to leave out about 5-minutes earlier so to give sufficient time for drop off.
Please see the attached images for information from the PTSA.
Have a great week,
Principal Smith
