💜🎓Today, we had the absolute honor of celebrating six amazing Churchill Park graduates, each with a story of perseverance, strength, and growth that inspires us all. These young adults have taught us so much about resilience, joy, determination, and the power of strength. They’ve left a mark on our hearts, our school, and our entire community. To our graduates: You are the reason we do what we do. You are the hero in your own story! It brings us to this quote “While we try to teach our children all about life, our children teach us what life is all about.” Nothing has ever been more true of these graduates and the experiences we’ve been gifted to share with them. To our families: Thank you for trusting us with your most precious gifts. Your partnership, love, and support have made this day possible. To our staff: From therapists to teachers, assistants, bus staff, nurses to administrators, you’ve poured your hearts into these students. Sometimes, it takes a village and sometimes, it takes real heroes. Because of the compassion and dedication of some incredibly special people from Louisville Metro Emergency Services, one of our most resilient students, a CHP Crusader since 2007, made it in person to her high school graduation at Churchill Park. This remarkable young lady faced challenges that could have kept her from attending- she needed a stretcher and specialized support. But thanks to these community heroes, she didn’t just make it, she arrived in style. Her presence today was a powerful reminder of resilience, community, and the belief that everyone deserves to be celebrated. From all of us at Churchill Park, thank you. You helped make a memory that will last a lifetime. 🚑🚑🚑🚑🚑🚑🚑🚑🚑🚑🚑🚑🚑🚑 Special shoutout to this EMS crew who even went above and beyond by decorating the EMS vehicle with lights, turning it into a celebration on wheels. She truly lit up with excitement and so did all of us who witnessed her joy. 💜💜Thanks specifically -Mr. John Johnson with EMA, Nick Groft with Louisville Fire Department and EMS drivers ,Stevie Johnson, John Conover, Alex Rishel, today meant the absolute world!💜💜💜
