School Technology Coordinator (STC) Support

 

CES supports the STCs and lab teachers by providing assistance, training and encouragement. They meet for bi-monthly informational meetings and periodic training sessions provided by CES staff. The training may be one-on-one or group sessions. New STCs attend an all day “Boot Camp” held in August, where they are introduced to JCPS technology policies and procedures, as well as basic troubleshooting.  Training materials and how-to documents are developed and posted to CES Online for 24 hour-a-day access.

Questions and concerns are also addressed through site visits, phone conversations and e-mail distribution list.
