Admission Check-List

• Resume' – should include previous arts experience, classes, teachers, and training.  Any awards, honors, and extracurricular activities should be included.

• Picture – of yourself only, no group, or family shots.  Attach it to the resume in the upper right hand corner.

• Essay – on “Why I want to attend YPAS”.  One page will do; please type.

• School Transcripts – Middle School grades.  A Xerox copy will suffice.

• Two Student Profile Forms – These take the place of recommendation letters and should be completed by someone who knows your abilities.  The forms should be mailed directly to J. C. Reedy at YPAS.

• Artist/Designer Portfolio – only if you are auditioning in Design and Production.
