Mill Creek, located in the heart of Shively (next to the Shively City Hall and Shively Park), helps students build their leadership, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills. The school’s Leadership Academy offers a range of exciting projects, cooperative groups, and school-to-college-to-career initiatives.

Students also learn teamwork, ethical behavior, and empathy to help them become innovative, passionate citizen leaders. Mill Creek is a charter member of the National Elementary Honor Society, which promotes scholarship and responsibility.
