GREYLYN GREGORY is thrilled to be the new drama teacher at Lincoln Performing Arts Elementary. Lyn has enjoyed over a thirty year career in theatre, covering the gambit from actor, director, playwright, teacher, assistant producer, property mistress, public relations director, education director, marketing, subscription sales, box office, dresser and movie theatre concession worker and ticket sales. She has either worked, or performed, at nearly all of the regional theatres and many in our neighboring states, including Actors Theatre, The Kentucky Shakespeare Festival, Kentucky Contemporary Theatre and Pandora Productions. Her most notable local work at Derby Dinner Playhouse, includes such favorite roles as Annelle in Steel Magnolias, Gooch in Mame, and writing and directing over 25 plays for children, which are still being performed there and at theatres around the country. Greylyn’s latest endeavor has been to create and act as Producing Director of American Dream Theatre, dedicated to producing original musical productions for children. Yet, her favorite role, is as mom to her three kids, Colton, Mackenzie and Caden, her best critics, and endless inspirations!
