Following is a list of forms and information required for the Kennedy Montessori application process. A tour is highly recommended for your acceptance.

3 and 4-Year-Old Application --Application to enroll your child into our 3 and4 year old tuition-based program

Kendergarten or First grade Recommendation Form --Required form to be completed for any child applying for Kindergarten or 1st grade.

Grade Two through Five Recommendation Form --Required form to be completed for any child applying for 2nd thru 5th grade.
