School Profile

Indian Trail has a MicroSociety Magnet Program which gives each student an opportunity to experience problem solving in a real world situation.  MicroSociety is as its name implies: a miniature society.  Students are the leaders of agencies and business ventures and the teachers facilitate.  The school’s Family Resource Center and School-Based Decision Making Council act as the connections between home and school.  Students can take part in a variety of extracurricular activities to include basketball, step team, yoga, cheerleading, mascot team, and academic competitions.  The school also offers Headstart, Extended School Services and uses a uniform dress code.
