School Profile

Hite Elementary uses the team approach for teaching its young students, encouraging traditional values, and focusing on self-sufficiency and responsibility. Hite's Technology Lab is considered one of the finest in the state. All students participate in Comprehensive mathematics and Spanish classes. This school offers the Advance Program, Early Childhood Jump Start programs for three- and four-year-olds, and before- and after-school child care. An Extended School Services Program also is available for students who need extra assistance with their studies. Parents are invited to participate in School-Based Decision Making at Hite.
