I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the University of Louisville. My teaching certifications are in mathematics and science, including a computer endorsement. I have a Master of Education in Guidance and a Master of Arts in Mathematics from UL.

I began teaching in 1971 and my experience includes teaching a few science classes and a variety of middle school and high school courses at all levels, including AP courses. I have also taught at the local community college.
