The principal is the administrator and instructional leader of the school.  All DADS volunteers work under the guidance of the principal.

As a general rule DADS provides the following services to students during the regular school day and at special school programs and activities:

• the teachers - by serving as a positive role model who encourages the the students - to understand the importance of an education;
