Safety
The Safety Department is responsible for assisting with the regulations established by the Kentucky Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Kentucky Fire Prevention Code, and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). According to the Occupational Safety and Health Law, each employer shall furnish all employees a place of employment that is free from recognized hazards that cause death or serious physical harm. In return, each employee shall comply with occupational safety and health standards. We work closely with all departments and facilities to ensure a safe working and learning environment.
