Optional and Magnet Programs

The Jefferson County Public School District is dedicated to providing educational opportunities for our students that allow them to achieve at the highest possible levels. The mission of Optional and Magnet programming is to aid in fostering the development of all students in Jefferson County Public Schools. We believe that not all students have the same interests or learn in the same way. We also believe that parents and students should have the opportunity to choose the program/school that best fits the needs and interests of the student.
