Board Sponsored Group Life Insurance

This term life policy provides a death benefit of one times your annual salary rounded to the next higher $1,000, with a minimum of $10,000 and maximum of $50,000.  This benefit is doubled in the event of an accidental death. you may view the policy through the link below.
