Labor Management and Employee Relations negotiates and administers all agreements with the five recognized employee unions and organizations; handles grievances arising under negotiated agreements and from exempt employees; holds comprehensive meetings and works with all employee groups; leads a continuing review of employment practices and employee discipline; plans and provides appropriate professional development training for administrative staff; assists with job description development and maintenance; and provides technical assistance in review of organizational structures.
