Real Estate and Insurance:
Insurance Department: covers the insurance needs for the district in regards to the acquisition and payment of insurance: auto (fleet converge), property (bldgs and contents) liability (employees, admin., lawyers, student accident insurance, etc). We handle all the claims for the district-fleet, schools and property/contents with the exception of the buses. We handle the employee auto insurance affidavits in regards to the transportation of students or travel reimbursement. All student accidents relating to injury and medical bills.
Real Estate Department: handles the purchase of property to build schools, the selling of old schools and any real estate needs related to the ownership of our properties such as easements, deeds, appraisals, records etc. We handle the rental of our schools and the use of our school grounds along with the billing associated with the use.
